These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Kaya69 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). These Terms govern your use of the Kaya69 website, accessible at kaya69.ws along with all services, features, and functions available within it.
By completing the account registration process, making your first deposit, or using any part of the Kaya69 platform, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. Your agreement also includes acceptance of the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all game-specific rules published on the Kaya69 platform.
Kaya69 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Kaya69 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement
Use of the Kaya69 platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and above. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions under any circumstances. Kaya69 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts will be suspended while the verification process is carried out.
2.2 One Account Per Individual
Each individual may only register and hold one (1) Kaya69 account. It is strictly prohibited to register multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or device information to avoid detection.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and identification number. Providing false information is a serious violation that may result in account closure without notice and forfeiture of funds.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
Kaya69 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected. Required documents may include a copy of your Malaysian identification card (MyKad), as well as a recent bank or utility statement.
Accounts found to be in violation of Clause 2.2 (multiple accounts) will be closed immediately and all balances, including winnings, will be forfeited. This applies to accounts registered using false information or another person's details.
3.1 Accepted Deposit Methods
Kaya69 accepts deposits via Malaysian local payment methods only. These include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via online banking including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
All withdrawals from Kaya69 must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the original deposit. This is a non-negotiable Kaya69 policy designed to protect members' funds and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
3.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal limit is RM30 for e-wallets and RM50 for online banking. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawals exceeding the daily limit will be processed on the next business day.
3.4 Pre-Withdrawal Conditions
Prior to approving the first withdrawal, Kaya69 reserves the right to request full identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals will not be processed if there are outstanding bonus rollover requirements or if your account is currently under a security review.
4.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by Kaya69 are subject to specific terms stated within each individual offer. These terms include, but are not limited to, rollover requirements, bonus validity periods, eligible games, and maximum bet limits when using bonus funds.
4.2 Rollover Requirements
Before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn, Kaya69 members are required to meet the stated rollover requirement. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 5x rollover means you must place total bets amounting to RM500 before winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Abuse Policy
Kaya69 takes bonus abuse seriously. Activities considered abusive include placing opposing bets (arbitrage) using bonus funds, colluding with other members to meet rollover requirements fraudulently, or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
4.4 Kaya69's Right to Cancel Bonuses
Kaya69 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, decline a promotional offer, or forfeit winnings if there is evidence of abuse or fraud. Kaya69's decision in such matters is final.

5.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on Kaya69 are subject to acceptance by the platform's system. Kaya69 reserves the right to decline or cancel any bet without providing a reason. Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and may not be cancelled by the member, except in specific cases permitted by Kaya69.
5.2 Match Results
The outcome of all Sports Betting at Kaya69 – including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and other sports – is based on official results announced by the respective governing body. Any dispute over a result must be raised within 72 hours of the official announcement.
5.3 In-Play (Live) Betting
In-play bets on Kaya69 may be suspended or voided in the event of technical disruptions, data issues, or unusual circumstances during a match. Kaya69 is not liable for delays in in-play odds updates caused by factors beyond our control.
5.4 Void Bets
Kaya69 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a significant error in odds publication, technical failure, fraud, or any circumstance that compromises market integrity. In such cases, the stake will be refunded to the member's account.
5.5 Cash Out Feature
The Cash Out feature provided by Kaya69 allows members to settle a bet before an event concludes. The Cash Out value is based on the current odds at the time the request is made. Kaya69 does not guarantee the availability of Cash Out for all bets at all times.

6.1 Betting Limits Tool
Kaya69 members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the account settings section. These limits take effect immediately, and any increase to a limit can only be made after a 7-day cooling-off period. Decreases to limits, however, take effect immediately.
6.2 Self-Exclusion
Members who feel they need a break from gambling may voluntarily apply for self-exclusion. The exclusion period can be set to 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. All self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
6.3 Problem Gambling Detection
The Kaya69 team is trained to identify signs of problem gambling. Should we detect any concerning patterns of play, we reserve the right to proactively reach out to the member concerned and, in certain cases, unilaterally impose betting limits to protect that member.

7.1 Closure by Member
Kaya69 members may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, all active rollover requirements must be fulfilled or settled. Any remaining account balance after all obligations have been cleared will be returned to the member within 5–7 business days.
7.2 Suspension or Closure by Kaya69
Kaya69 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
7.3 Actions Following Account Closure
Once an account is closed by Kaya69 due to a violation, all balances and winnings associated with that violation may be forfeited. Kaya69 is under no obligation to provide a detailed explanation in cases of security-related account closures.
8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Kaya69 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Kaya69 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors, or remain available at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may occur from time to time.
8.2 Kaya69 Liability Limits
Kaya69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of anticipated profits, data, or business opportunities. Kaya69's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the member's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8.3 Technical Disruptions
In the event of a technical disruption affecting the outcome or processing of a bet, Kaya69 will investigate and make a fair determination based on the available data. Kaya69's decision in such cases is final.
8.4 Account Security
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Kaya69 account password and login credentials. Kaya69 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a member's account caused by the member's own failure to safeguard their login information.
9.1 Right to Amend
Kaya69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in cases of emergency or legal requirement.
9.2 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Kaya69 platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
9.3 Severability
Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, only that provision shall be deemed inapplicable, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
